All Access Membership Benefits

  1. Digital covers every two weeks

    Full editorial features will be released on the All Access platform every 2 weeks. We will send you an email when these are released 

  2. Issue archive

    Subscribers can read past issues through the digital archive.

  3. 10% discount at relix.shop

    The membership includes a 10 % discount on merchandise from relix.shop .

How to use 10% relix.shop discount

Add products to your relix.shop cart. Upon checkout, use the email associated with your All Access account and a 10% discount will be applied automatically.

10% discount applies to eligible items only during the first year of membership. Some exclusions apply. Discount cannot be combined with other offers. Terms subject to change.

Accessing Digital Issues and the Archive

Once logged in, you will have direct access to digital covers and the issue archive:

  1. From the main menu, choose Archive to see past issues. The archive is included in your All Access plan .

  2. From the main menu, choose The Cover to see all Digital Covers and select cover image to read. New Covers will be released every 2 weeks

Managing Your Account

After logging in, you can update your email address, and other information through the Manage Account section. Keep your email current because it is used for login and notifications.

Existing Relix Magazine Subscribers


How to Log In

If you are an existing Relix Magazine subscriber:

  1. Login using the email associated with your Relix Magazine Subscription where you received the All Access email.
  2. A one-time login code sent to your email, submit code to login
  3. Your All Access subscription will be automatically applied to your account. 


If you have any issues, are unsure what email is linked to your account, or if you subscribed with a different email or via a third‑party (e.g., a gift), email us at [email protected] to link the accounts.

Cancel Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Manage Profile page:


  1. Login and select the Profile Icon in the main menu
  2. Select Manage Profile
  3. Navigate to Your Current Plan section and select Unsubscribe

Submit a Refund Request

Prorated refunds are available for existing Relix Magazine subscribers who wish to cancel their All access membership.

To receive a refund, please submit your request by  February 23, 2026 via one of the following methods:

Refunds delivery options:

  1. relix.shop credit 
  2. Check by mail (delivered within 90 days of request)


After February 23, 2026: Refund requests will only be fulfilled as relix.shop credits. No checks by mail will be issued after this date.

Relix reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet eligibility requirements or submission deadlines. Refund policies are subject to change without notice.

Renewals

If you are an existing Relix Magazine subscriber, your All Access subscription will not renew automatically.

To renew your subscription, please login and visit allaccess.relix.com/upgrade. Once you re-subscribe via the All Access site, your subscription will renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription anytime by logging in and clicking the profile icon and select Manage Profile page.

New All Access Members


How to Log In

  2. A one-time login code will be sent to your email, submit code to login
  3. If you have previously subscribed, your All Access subscription will be automatically applied to your account. If you are a free user, you can subscribe at allaccess.relix.com/upgrade for full access.

Refunds

All Access memberships are non-refundable, except for current print subscribers to Relix Magazine, who may be eligible for a prorated refund upon cancellation.

Automatic Renewals

If you subscribed via the All Access site, your subscription will renew automatically on the schedule selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription anytime on the Manage Profile page:


  1. Login and select the Profile Icon in the main menu
  2. Select Manage Profile
  3. Navigate to Your Current Plan section and select Unsubscribe


After your initial term, your subscription will automatically renew monthly at $3.99 or annually at $29.95 (or the then current rate) based on your selection at checkout. Your subscription will continue until you cancel. As the rate may change, we will send a notice before each renewal stating the term and then current rate. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method you selected. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will continue until the end of your current term.
